My sister Shazza had the biggest heart. She was the life and soul of any party, my anchor in times of joy and sadness, my constant supporter.
She was a lifelong fan of the Sound of Music (SOM), and spent time at both her 40th and 50th birthday party getting her friends to sing along to Do-Re-Mi.
Shazza went to Salzburg to see all of the SOM sights in July 2024, months after being diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer in April 2024.
Shazza died in October 2024 with my daugther and myself by her side. I miss her terribly.
We went to Salzburg last weekend and sang a lot!
