My Dad died suddenly walking his dog while overlooking the ocean. He was 69. And I hope to God, the biggest shock of my lifetime.
My Dad was the best and I loved the heck out of him. He loved music, especially classic rock. Even though he claimed to never listen to lyrics, he sure did have a killer playlist going during car rides and vacations.
My Dad’s love for music and “a good tune” lives on in our family. And although I would give anything to have one more car ride listening to the oldies but goodies, I will always be grateful for his playlists that keeps his memory alive.
